- Regular adjustment of prices based on competitors.

- Create proper listings for sale on various platforms.

Your Sales Manager is about to make a purchase from Supplier A. Before making the order though, he wants to check the price against Supplier B, to ensure the company is paying the lowest prices.

Using Excel or Google Spreadsheet, semi-automate the process of checking prices between 2 price lists for him. To use your spreadsheet, Sales Manager only needs to copy data into the first 2 tabs. The first tab for Supplier A and second tab for Supplier B. Your 3rd tab will then show: 1. Product Name as per Supplier A, 2. UPC as per Supplier A, 3. Wholesale Price as per Supplier A and 4. The price difference between Supplier A and B for this product.

Deliver your spreadsheet to pass the interview. List the limitations of your spreadsheet (if any) and the manual workaround for the limitation (if any).
