●Minimum duration: 3 months (20 hour/week)

We are seekingTech Support Virtual Interns to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or any related tech fields. As a virtual intern, you will work closely with our team. You will also have the opportunity to learn and gain real experience in tech support in your internship duration time.

Recruitment:

1. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related to tech field.

2. Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

3. Strong communication , English language level intermediate up to advance (necessary)

4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

5. Knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.

6. You shall be keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintaining productivity and committed to the job.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to end-users via email (Tech writing) for online stores such as Amazon

2. Tech support, webpages and datasheets developments, writing,

3. Digital marketing, SEO.

4. Participate in a team to organize virtual (online) global conferences

5. Providing daily and weekly report base on your daily and weekly work, and attending to all training sessions and weekly meetings.
