Application Support Staff Jobs

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Understand and know the last condition of customer database before being handed over to the support phase by monitoring the work ofthe system Integrator (Quality check)

2.Provide Solutions and responses to obstacles, idea and problems faced by customers in using Andal Products.

3.Become a feedback channel for product development through customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Having good communication, details oriented , logical thinking and problem solving .
• Having skill in Ms. Office
• Preferably having knowledge in HRIS or payroll business system.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/ system Informatics or equivalent relevant .
• Minimum having 1 years experience in customer services or technical support .
