Application Engineer Jobs

Danfoss is seeking a highly collaborative Application Engineer for our Climate Solutions segment. You should be organised and effective in time management and can perform routine tasks with high quality to help the team efficiently manage requirements. Danfoss processes and procedures are to be applied in your daily work and you will also be open to new ways of working in the field of full of services. You will remain flexible to ensure for customer satisfaction for technical support and training activities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Manage customer request and create inspection report
• Train customer and internal colleagues regarding Danfoss’s product/application
• Support R&D/Marketing in relation to change customer's requirement into Danfoss’s new product development
• Successfully launch Danfoss Climate Solutions’ new products in HVAC&R industry and develop new applications while keeping key stakeholders like Sales team, Product team, and R&D team in the loop
• Support customer’s new system development from early stage
• Build long term relationship with customer’s R&D team
• Manage application review to ensure Danfoss product’s reliability in customer’s system

• Fluent in English (proficiency in technical terminologies) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electric/electronics
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in HVAC&R industry.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Knowledge in IRF / HVAC&R applications, heat exchangers, and other controls and systems
