Job Description

Application Support Specialist (Internship)

We are looking for last year student to fill the Application Support Specialist position.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide 1st level support to our customers.
  • Write blog posts to promote the products.
  • Perform user acceptance tests.
  • Write application functional specification.


Qualifications

  • Willing to work from office in South Jakarta for 3-6 months
  • Last year student in bachelor degree with major in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and other engineering majors

Skill & Knowledge:

  • Curious and fast learner
  • Good understanding of Software Development cycle is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written - MANDATORY (TOEFL ITP minimum 500, TOEFL IBT minimum 79, TOEIC minimum 800, or IELTS minimum 6.5).
  • Prior first experience as an Application Support / Quality Assurance / Business Analyst is a plus.
  • Experience in programming is a plus.
