We’re looking for a B2B Product Marketing Intern to join our Product Marketing team, to help and drive our B2B inbound marketing activities for the Indonesia market.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Assist in preparing and executing inbound marketing campaigns such as ebook development, organic development, events, partnership, lead nurturing via email, WhatsApp broadcast, paid ads, etc
  • Supporting client retention activities for Glints through weekly content creations, email newsletters campaign, referral program, online/offline events engagement, case studies building, etc
  • Support in driving the tracking for each campaign and performance data such as ads performance, organic performance (blog, organic social media, etc), events performance, partnership performance, and campaign performance (product campaign, lead nurturing, etc)

Who We Are Looking For


  • Fluent in English is a must!
  • Ability to work under pressure: Can keep functioning under tight deadlines and increasing amount of workload (also do the right thing by prioritizing works, communicating if any blockers and bandwidth issue, and deliver according to expected deadlines)
  • Having experiences in project and stakeholder management: Get used to working on specific goals and sets of tasks in a team, dealing with stakeholders from internal and external, delivering expected results at expected timeline
  • Last year university student or fresh graduate from marketing/ communication/ business administration field
  • Learn quickly: Adaptable in new situations, ability to quickly be familiar with new sets of workflow and tools
  • Good attention to detail: Get used to working with things needed for high accuracy, from numbers to spelling, and accuracy of brief vs results
  • Good communication skills: Ability to convey the brief and explain details with other stakeholders. Proactive and not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo
  • Self-starter: Does not need too much instructions to do actions
