We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in esports or gaming to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders within the esports, gaming, and related industries.
- Pursue sales leads and generate new business opportunities through a proactive and aggressive sales approach.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities for growth in the Indonesian market.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach potential clients targeting the gaming demographic (aged 18-35).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of clients and partners, and to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Attend and represent KDArena at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the esports, gaming, or related industries.
- Existing network and connections within the esports, gaming, and related industries in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the gaming demographic (aged 18-35) and market trends in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
