Job Requirements:

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team of analysts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of game analytics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), player behavior analysis, and monetization strategies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming mechanics and trends.
• Experience working in the mobile gaming industry is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Working On
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead BI Game Analyst to join our team. As the Lead BI Game Analyst, you will take charge of a small team, collaborating closely with game teams, product managers, and marketing professionals. Your primary objective will be to harness the power of data to provide crucial insights into game performance and player behavior. This pivotal role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in SQL, and a knack for working with large datasets.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential functions):

• Collaborate with game teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reports.
• Lead and manage a small team of BI analysts, providing guidance and support to drive optimal performance and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization techniques.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of player data, including segmentation, churn analysis, player acquisition, and monetization patterns, to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the BI analytics workflow.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to provide ad hoc data support, including performance analysis of new features, A/B testing, and marketing campaign evaluation.
• Present data-driven analyses and reports to stakeholders, including game teams, product managers, and executives, to inform decision- making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of data for analysis purposes.
• Set up and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor game performance, player behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
