Content Operation Personnel Jobs

Job Responsibilities
1, according to different overseas user types and user life cycle to produce localized content in line with the audience, to meet the characteristics of different regional user and interaction habits, responsible for the quality of content and conversion.
2、Responsible for building the knowledge system of the exhibition in the local industry program of the project, and providing content support for the marketing promotion activities, including not limited to providing activity ideas, activity copy, etc.
3、Accurately identify user needs, complete the framework content construction for user operation and exhibition promotion and services, and complete the scale production of content through multiple generation methods (PGC/UGC/AIGC) and other methods.
4, pay attention to operational data and constantly optimize the content data monitoring system, guide the promotion of operational actions and promote operational iteration.
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of content planning and related operation experience.
2, good heat sensitivity, have their own unique insights on content, can keenly capture the concerns of B-side user groups and plan quality content to undertake.
3、Have outstanding communication, planning and content production skills. Proficiency in ToB industry content marketing classification, including but not limited to activity reports, advertising copy, page activities, event marketing, etc..
4、In-depth study or systematic training in marketing, news communication, integrated marketing, etc. is preferred.
