Giving CPG’s real-time access to 1st-party data, transaction-based Retail Media activation and unlocking offline ROI measurement. All with no POS integration or hardware involved.

• Experience in setting up and maintaining BI tools infrastructure and integration with other external data sources.
• Experience in SQL and Python programming languages
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or an equivalent degree
• Propose BI solutions with respective requirements when in need
• Troubleshoot independently report faults when reported and implement fixes accordingly in a systematic manner
• Experience in gathering BI requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets and ensure data quality of the dataset
• Keenness to innovate and improve the BI process beyond basic reporting, seeking ways to add value so that the organisation can consume data more effectively
• Language fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Collaborate with fellow Data/Business Analysts to ensure we are building the right analytical layers
• Consistently socialise and evangelise our BI ecosystem so business users can tap into existing reports
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both sides of the business and technical areas.
• Ability to optimise queries and work with performance-oriented tasks
• Proficiency knowledge of Data Engineering concepts
• Experience in organising KPIs and dashboards as well as reading metric trends to evaluate business performance
• At least 2 - 5 years expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, and/or any visualisation tool
• A self-starter mindset who takes ownership and excels in a lean and fast-paced organisation
• Collaborate with end-users/main stakeholders to gather requirements for implementation of enhancements and new reports with scalability and good report performance
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on the DB design, development, and maintenance of reports
• Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging datasets and metric definitions, ensuring that they are well documented in a metric library and propagated consistently in our reporting
• Collaborate with Software Engineers on the integrated development of reporting environment
• Experience in data warehouses like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and OLTP databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Maintain knowledge on the latest updates of our BI tools, so we can leverage new features or capabilities for our BI use cases
• Maintain BI infrastructure and collaborate with Cloud Engineer for BI server upgrades/maintenance
• Passion for democratising data effectively to the wider organisation for self-serve
