Responsibilities

Learning Program Development

- Develop learning program series of event

- Develop a learning basis for the course syllabus, course outline, learning, and assessment method

- Coordinate and communicate regularly with subject matter experts for learning program validation

Event Project Management

- Prepare technical requirements for virtual online course

- Brief and prepare mentor/teacher to teach/share their knowledge with students

- Prepare risk assessment for virtual online course event and standby for a correct action plan

- Plan and update the virtual online course event schedule based on mentor/teacher availability and the platform's one-year learning plan

Course Video Development

- Review sample video from related mentor/teacher before conducting a virtual online course

- Edit and prepare a recorded virtual online course to be accessed by students after the class finished

Monitoring and Evaluation

- Analyze review data from students

- Create a performance evaluation report for the mentor/teacher

Requirements

- Majoring in Electrical Engineering specifically in Power Engineering

- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

- Experienced in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering) Project is preferable

- Experienced in learning, teaching, curriculum, and talent development is preferable

- Has leadership and organizational experience, especially in handling stakeholders

- Good communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and experience in collaborating with operational team

- Fast learner, creative, and goal-oriented person
