As a Learning Program Associate in lingkaran, you are in charge of the overall learning design and its roll-out to our market. You will be responsible for handling one of our B2C learning programs, from researching, planning, developing, marketing, and executing it. You will be in touch with several stakeholders both internally and externally such as learners, mentors, and partners. You need to be able to address their problems & needs and provide them with the most suited offers for them.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
• Having strong collaborative, communication, and analytical skills
• Having a business acumen (sense of Marketing and Sales) toward an educational program
• Having working experience in designing learning programs is a plus
• 1+ years of working experience, fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply
• Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, and possess good time management skills.
• Able to multitask, do learning research and analyze results effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in the people business, eager to meet new people and new environment

Responsibilities

• Planning and evaluating the B2C program's budget
• Managing delivery of the B2C programs
• Leading a B2C learning product from planning and designing to executing
• Developing program development strategy and plan for B2C programs
• Conducting frequent evaluations for B2C programs
• Developing curriculum, syllabus, and learning experience for B2C programs
• Researching and curating mentor lists and strategic partners for B2C programs
• Owning the learning program from its development phase to its delivery and evaluation phase
• Developing Marketing and Sales plan for the B2C program
