Apprenticeship - Agency Learning & Development (Creative Design)

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support in preparing copy write in scripts as well as creating storyboard for educational contents in relation to Operational process in PLAI (e.g. Underwriting, Claim and Policy Services) and other promotional items for Agency Training Programs and Activities in ALD Dept. as needed.
• Provide support along with appointed PICs in arranging evaluation formula of each PFA, PIP and Operation Webinar conducted by ALD Dept.
• Provide support in creating as well as advising designs of any training materials related with PFA and PIP programs in PRUExpert.
• Provide support in monitoring number of participants in PFA and PIP that access PRUExpert LMS.
• Provide administrative support in ALD activities that includes in projects, activities and initiatives, as required.
• Provide support in preparing design on presentation deck in relation to PFA and PIP Training programs.

Requirements

• Have good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa and English.
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area.
• Possess knowledge in design and copywriting.
• Time Management and Attention to Details.
• Ability to operate design program such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Possess good knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (create slides).
• Final year or fresh graduates from any major.
• Committed to do 6 months internship.
• Able to work well with people.
