Learning Designer Jobs

We are seeking a creative and innovative Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, your primary responsibility will be to develop curriculum materials on future skills such as entrepreneurship, creative and critical thinking, public speaking, and other related areas. Additionally, you will be involved in generating community enrichment design ideas and organizing events or activities to foster skill development and growth among our community members. You will play a crucial role in equipping our community members with the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Responsibilities

• Design interactive learning experiences using various strategies and technologies.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Develop engaging curriculum materials aligned with future skill requirements.
• Create high-quality instructional materials.
• Occasionally deliver training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with future skills and instructional design trends.
• Evaluate and improve learning materials.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of future skills (e.g., entrepreneurship, critical thinking).
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 1+ year of curriculum design or learning design experience.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and multimedia software.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and innovation in learning experience design.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
