Overview A Learning Facilitator is a professional who helps individuals and groups learn new skills and knowledge. They are responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and activities. They may work in a variety of settings, including schools, businesses, and government agencies. Detailed Job Description A Learning Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and activities. They must be knowledgeable about the subject matter they are teaching and be able to create engaging and effective learning experiences. They must be able to assess the needs of the learners and create learning plans that meet those needs. They must be able to use a variety of teaching methods and technologies to deliver the learning content. They must also be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning program and make adjustments as needed. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of subject matter

• Certification in instructional design or related field (preferred)
