What You’ll Do

Face exciting new challenges, with the support of others, to navigate our constantly changing manufacturing environment. We never give up in diligently ensuring our patients receive quality and safe medicines, responding to a large variety of, often complex, demands.

• Responsible for strict compliance of all packaging-related operations with cGMP-rules Global Quality Policy.
• Accountable for production-related report to the Authorities cq. Department of Health of Republic of Indonesia in coordination with Plant Manager.
• Responsible for validation of packaging processes, products and equipment including CSV.
• Responsible for the packaging operations of pharmaceutical products.
• Accountable for implementation of SHE and DEPNAKER’s UKK (Industrial Hygiene and Safety) requirement in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.
• Responsible for embedding Lean principle in Production Area
• Develops and supervises the progress of all personnel in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.
• Responsible for delivering on time (schedule adherence) and cycle time reduction.
• Responsible for the new technology transfer

Essential For The Role

• Excellent communication skill.
• Leadership skill.
• Active English, both oral and written.
• Familiar with GMP (Good Manufactoring Practice) and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) standard.
• At least 5 years practical experience in pharmaceutical factory.
• A bachelor’s degree, majoring in Pharmacy.
