Job Description
Area Of Responsibilities


  • Make MRO procurement, urgent parts purchase handling to make production run smoothly and efficiency
  • Align with Finance to collect and analyze production data to make workshop run efficiently
  • Organize travel details, flights, accommodation, cars, etc. for department personnel and guests travelling domestic or international routes
  • Dailly update the whiteboards with the needed informations(KPI’s,Customer/Valmet visits,Overtime hours etc)
  • Maintain and improve employee engagement with team member together through effective communication.
  • Align with HR to have training arranged to make sure employees competence be developed and recorded
  • Co-ordination and follow-up of common tasks given by management
  • Follow the workshop storage inventory with reporting weekly
  • Ensure the use of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
  • Maintain other necessary records, files and archives for information sharing and decision making
  • Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully. Keep company asset with good condition
  • Internal communication between departments and inside workshop to make production proceeding smoothly
  • Perform according to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and other company’s management system, policies, and instructions.
  • Prepare and collect data for monthly payroll and performance audit according, like shift allowance, O/T, attendance record and make analysis report according


Basic Requirement of the position


  • 3-7 years of work experience as assistant or similar in an international company and expatriate management.
  • Customer service oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have relevant degree (college or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration field)
  • Have experience in working in multicultural organization and cooperating with people from different nationalities and levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and use modern IT effectively.
