Job Description

As Leadership & Management Facilitator/Trainer, you will work with clients to identify learning & development needs and provide them with best-fit solution. You will help clients (companies/organizations) to grow their people and in turn growing their business. You will facilitate meetings, workshop and train classes on leadership & management.

You will play key role for FAME Consultant in serving L&D of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct L&D needs analysis
  • Implementing the solution
  • Conduct training
  • Facilitating meetings & workshops
  • Designing best-fit solution to meet the needs


Qualifications

  • Often try new things and learn from mistakes
  • Are an enthusiast
  • Excellent communicator
  • Willing to be stretched
  • Min 2 years experience as Leadership & Management (Soft skills) Facilitators or Trainers
  • Try to live what you're teaching
  • Love leading & leadership, great collaborator
  • Preferred S2 from management or psychology background
  • Focus on people, love to help people growing
  • Continually grow & teachable
  • Possess professional working experience other than as facilitator/trainer is an advantage
  • Possess good self worth
