Extensive experience working in training firm or consultancy

Have a knowledge/exposure of various industries

Diligently join and follow briefings for every assigned projects/programs

Deliver finely-tuned materials to assigned participants in a squad based on what has been conveyed by CIAS Trainer

Drive and influence squad members/participants in a workshop to get tasks done

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with trainees of various backgrounds and levels of experience.

Share your expertise and practical experiences in the F&B restaurant industry with trainees, providing them with valuable insights and guidance.

Utilize interactive training techniques, activities, and simulations to enhance the learning experience and ensure trainees grasp the concepts effectively.

Strong experience in the F&B restaurant industry with a focus on service excellence and waiter roles.

Certification in service excellence is highly desirable.

Create a fun, attractive, and young learning environment to ensure effective training delivery.

Have 3 years experience in facilitating

Hosts CMC’s visitor, promotes house tours, and delivers educational messages to the▪ visitor under the Center team’s supervision;

❑ As needed, supports the product development process of educational projects at CTC Centerfor Marine Conservation (CMC);

Knowledge of marine conservation and/or sustainable fisheries issues is a plus;

Good communications and interpersonal skills;

Welcomes CMC’s visitor and responsible for managing the receptionist desk and▪ updates the CMC’s visitor data;

Facilitate program activities, including workshops, lectures, group discussions, and individual assignments.

Provide guidance and support to participants, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Responsible to manage, and maintain communication with Edspert Bootcamp’s member and mentors during the program.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in of Educational Technology and Curriculum or equivalent.

Fresh graduate with facilitator experience are welcome to apply.

Having experience as a facilitator or training instructor is a good plus.

Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Spreadsheet, etc).

Strong community building skill with a cheerful attitude, and a happy go attitude along with a positive vibe.
