Program Facilitator Jobs

Overview: We are seeking a Program Facilitator to join our Alternative MBA program. The Alternative MBA is a 5-week program designed to provide participants with practical business skills and knowledge. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating program activities, providing guidance and support to participants, and ensuring that the program runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all participants feel valued and respected.
• Collaborate with other program facilitators and staff to continuously improve the program content and delivery.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback on individual assignments and group projects.
• Provide guidance and support to participants, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Facilitate program activities, including workshops, lectures, group discussions, and individual assignments.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure that program materials and resources are available and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, education, or social sciences.
• Passion for education and a desire to help others learn and grow.
• Familiarity with business concepts and practices.
• Previous experience facilitating group activities or workshops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
