Frealance Learning Facilitator Jobs

Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Educational Psychology, Business Management, Communication.

Experienced at training management and delivery.

Strong at Communication Skills, Class Management, Presentation skills.

Able to conduct Learning Needs Analysis, Module Development, and Learning Implementation.

Energetic; willing to travel (mobile).

Here are the qualifications or abilities that a facilitator should possess:

Leadership skills: A facilitator should be able to lead and guide participants to achieve their desired goals.

Problem-solving skills: A facilitator should be able to solve problems that occur during the facilitation process and find appropriate solutions.

Here is a list of requirements that a facilitator should have:

Creativity: A facilitator should be able to create creative ideas that can help participants achieve their desired goals.

Professionalism: A facilitator should be professional in their conduct, including being punctual, prepared, and maintaining a high standard of ethical behavior.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, education, or social sciences.

Previous experience facilitating group activities or workshops.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for education and a desire to help others learn and grow.

Facilitate program activities, including workshops, lectures, group discussions, and individual assignments.

Provide guidance and support to participants, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Responsible to manage, and maintain communication with Edspert Bootcamp’s member and mentors during the program.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in of Educational Technology and Curriculum or equivalent.

Fresh graduate with facilitator experience are welcome to apply.

Having experience as a facilitator or training instructor is a good plus.

Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Spreadsheet, etc).

Strong community building skill with a cheerful attitude, and a happy go attitude along with a positive vibe.
