We help university students and fresh graduates to enhance their skills and competencies through a video learning platform. Currently, we focus on higher education levels specifically in Engineering, Architecture, and Geo Science. We collaborate with 100+ student organizations with a total of 50,000+ student members. We collaborate with the best companies in industries to create an opportunity for university students to apply their knowledge and skill through freelance projects and internship programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to host our weekly live training. As a host, you will be responsible for conducting live training sessions on various technical skills in engineering and promoting our learning program to the audience. This will include preparing and delivering presentations, facilitating interactive activities and discussions, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for our attendees, and delivering a sales pitch to encourage free users to become premium users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a sales pitch to encourage free users to become premium users.
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for live training attendees.
• Prepare and deliver engaging and informative presentations on our learning program.
• Facilitate interactive activities and discussions to encourage audience participation.
• Monitor and manage the virtual training environment, including technical support for attendees.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of webinar platforms such as Zoom..
• Previous experience hosting webinars, workshops, or live training events.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Sales and persuasive skills.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Note: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required. An undergraduate student with relevant experience and skills may also be considered.

This is a part-time role, with live training held every weekend. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong desire to help others learn and grow their technical skills, as well as the ability to persuade others to invest in their education.
