We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable football enthusiast to join our growing team as a Part-Time Live Audio Host for an online platform made for football fans. As a Live Audio Host, you will be responsible for leading engaging and informative discussions about football, connecting with football fans, and creating an interactive and enjoyable experience for our users.

This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Host live audio sessions on our platform, focusing on various football-related topics, such as game analysis, player performances, transfer news, league updates, and other relevant subjects.

2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where football enthusiasts can gather, share their thoughts, and engage in meaningful conversations.

3. Research and stay up to date with the latest football news, events, and trends to provide accurate and relevant information during the live audio sessions.

4. Prepare and plan session topics, ensuring a balanced mix of interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, interviews with experts or football personalities, and other engaging formats.

5. Moderate the sessions to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere, ensuring that conversations stay on-topic and within community guidelines.

6. Encourage audience participation and facilitate discussion by inviting users to contribute their insights, ask questions, and share their football-related experiences.

7. Engage with users by responding to their comments, questions, and messages, fostering a sense of community and rapport.

8. Collaborate with other hosts, moderators, and the platform team to enhance the overall user experience and continuously improve the platform's football-related content.

9. Promote upcoming sessions, collaborate on cross-promotion with other football-related platforms or influencers, and actively seek ways to expand the user base and reach a wider audience.

10. Stay informed about user feedback, platform analytics, and industry trends, providing suggestions and ideas for platform improvement and growth.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge and passion for football, including a deep understanding of the game, leagues, players, tactics, and current events in the football world.

2. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead engaging discussions, moderate conversations, and connect with a diverse audience.

3. Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

4. Experience with public speaking, hosting, or moderating live events, podcasts, or radio shows is a plus.

5. Familiarity with live audio platforms, such as Clubhouse, Twitter Spaces, or similar platforms, is desirable but not mandatory.

6. Reliable internet connection and availability to host live audio sessions during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with other hosts and moderators.

8. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of sessions and timely preparation.

9. Respectful and professional conduct, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all users.

10. Fluency in Indonesian is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
