Part-Time Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Part-time Social Media Specialist to join our team! As the Social Media Specialist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our organization.

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

• Plan, curate, and publish content across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Threads, etc
• Developing strategies for growing our social media presence, followers, website traffic, and other key metrics.
• Driving engagement through campaigns and stories.
• Analyzing and reporting on engagement metrics.
• Identifying influencers in the digital space who are aligned with our brand values and creating strategic partnerships with them.
• Working alongside the Creative Director to develop best practices, metrics, and guidelines for the best content.
• Monitoring conversations, trends, and industry news for opportunities to engage with users.

Qualifications:

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong creative skills and experience in story/campaign creation & execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in social media management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, SEM, and PPC.
