Responsibilities

• Create a fun, attractive, and young learning environment to ensure effective training delivery.
• Share your expertise and practical experiences in the F&B restaurant industry with trainees, providing them with valuable insights and guidance.
• Conduct training sessions using your own materials on various aspects of hospitality in the restaurant industry, including the role of waiters, service excellence, and more.
• Utilize interactive training techniques, activities, and simulations to enhance the learning experience and ensure trainees grasp the concepts effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a trainer, conducting engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Strong experience in the F&B restaurant industry with a focus on service excellence and waiter roles.
• Enthusiasm and passion for training and developing individuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with trainees of various backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Certification in service excellence is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a part-time capacity and conduct training sessions in our offline training center located in Bekasi.
