Facilitator Jobs

As a partner in enabling greatness in people and organizations, Facilitator in Dunamis will responsible for clients satisfaction over the given solution to the client by ensuring project management quality and timely.

He/she becomes a trusted advisor who always establish rapport and communicate with all level of clients. He/she should be a proactive communicator, a change agent, and someone who can successfully balance client needs with their business objectives to create integrated solutions based on Dunamis’s solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Min. Bachelor (S1) degree
• Have relevant HR experience
• Male/Female
• Have 3 years experience in facilitating
