Service/Workshop Manager Jobs

Porsche Center Jakarta, a part of Eurokars Group Indonesia, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service/Workshop Manager to lead our prestigious service department. As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing a skilled team of technicians, and maintaining the exceptional standards associated with the Porsche brand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of service and repairs, maintaining high-quality standards set by Porsche
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Monitor and manage the department's performance metrics, such as customer wait times, repair cycle time, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Stay updated on the latest Porsche technical information, service procedures, and manufacturer guidelines through continuous learning and training
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Porsche's stringent quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate estimation, communication, and completion of service orders
• Train, and mentor a team of technicians, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a high-end automotive brand, preferably with Porsche
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing a service department and achieving performance targets
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Familiarity with service and repair software systems
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computer applications and software
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures
