Process Enabler Supervisor Jobs

Accountable for implementation of SHE and DEPNAKER’s UKK (Industrial Hygiene and Safety) requirement in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.

Develops and supervises the progress of all personnel in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.

Accountable for production-related report to the Authorities cq. Department of Health of Republic of Indonesia in coordination with Plant Manager.

At least 5 years practical experience in pharmaceutical factory.

Responsible for the packaging operations of pharmaceutical products.

Responsible for delivering on time (schedule adherence) and cycle time reduction.

Experienced as IT Business Analyst, Project Manager, or System Analyst for minimum 5 years in banking industry.

Mandatory Experience in handling Treasury Project in financial industry.

Implement effective communication with related stakeholder to ensure the project executed well.

Identify and allocate the resource needed so the project can be executed optimally.

Regularly giving an updated report about the ongoing project to related stakeholder.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related major.

Ad-hoc assignments or improvement projects as assigned by the Management

Graduated from Psychology or Human Resources Management will be highly preferred.

Experienced on delivering project and work closely with various client needs

Experienced as tech company help desk or customer service will be an advantage

Strong planning & execution skills

Liaise with other PE team members regarding to issues in SHL services and other related operation

Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills.

Good networking skills in formal and non-formal approaches with various levels of correspondence.

Good critical thinking and analytical skills in inquiring and acquiring relevant, comprehensive informations.

Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team

Preferably 3-5 years in Industry Insurance

Bachelor's degree from reputable University.

Minimum 1-2 years work experience in process improvements, auditing, FP&A, finance or accounting

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from All Major (preferably in Finance or Accounting Major) with minimum GPA 3.00

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Budget planning and control for the respective area office, includes conducting periodic counts of Inventory, Fixed Assets and Low Value Assets.

Provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders regarding financial planning and process improvements.

Agile, Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
