Process Development Supervisor Jobs

Have experience in handling Primary & Secondary (SKM & SKT) in Tobacco Industry

Have experience managing Development project/product innovation

Previously working in Level Supervisor / Superintendent / Junior Manager

Determine process standards in all production processes and evaluate them periodically

Plan production process improvement for productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement goals

Planning process development according to the results of R&D innovation (new products) for production implementation

Accountable for implementation of SHE and DEPNAKER’s UKK (Industrial Hygiene and Safety) requirement in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.

Develops and supervises the progress of all personnel in Production area in coordination with Plant Manager.

Accountable for production-related report to the Authorities cq. Department of Health of Republic of Indonesia in coordination with Plant Manager.

At least 5 years practical experience in pharmaceutical factory.

Responsible for the packaging operations of pharmaceutical products.

Responsible for delivering on time (schedule adherence) and cycle time reduction.

Awareness of project management process and able to deliver to tight deadlines.

Manage R&D lab operations together with other R&D team members.

Good leadership, coordination, and organization skills. Problem solving skills with practical creativity.

Very good written and verbal communication skills for both virtual as well as cross-functional onsite teams.

To ensure successful On Time in Full implementation for innovation, renovation, and 5S projects in Home Care Indonesia.

Deploy and roll out the best practices in technology to factory based on MPT, process specification, and process validation.

Minimum 1-2 years work experience in process improvements, auditing, FP&A, finance or accounting

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from All Major (preferably in Finance or Accounting Major) with minimum GPA 3.00

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Budget planning and control for the respective area office, includes conducting periodic counts of Inventory, Fixed Assets and Low Value Assets.

Provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders regarding financial planning and process improvements.

Agile, Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
