Job Description
  • Maintain Document Management System & Document Master List
  • Translate OY! Indonesia departments' procedure flow into the process flow diagram
  • Review standardized OY! Indonesia documents (such as Policies, SOPs, Forms, Working Instruction, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Understand & able to create process flow diagram using software (such as visio, draw.io, etc)
  • Able to elaborate the documents owned by the company
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Proficient in formal writing both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Minimum have bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years experience in business process management / document controller
