About the Role

In this role, you will lead the way in creating seamless and impactful learning experiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our learning programs and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of education by overseeing the seamless execution of our learning operations and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. With that said, you will be working on the end-to-end learning journey of the students.


Your responsibilities will span a wide range of areas, from managing learning management systems (LMS) and optimizing processes to developing tech-driven solutions to support the scaling & and personalization of our students' learning UX, while building the RevoU platform to serve our fast-growing contributors ecosystem.


You will report directly to the Head of Learning Excellence and act as her/his operational right hand for work that involves intricate and multifaceted elements, requiring advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of various interrelated factors. The intricate nature of the work is we are operating at scale (thousands of concurrent students at any given time).


Requirements

  • Structured and practical. There are a lot of challenges appearing on a daily basis. You’ll need to have the ability to structure the problem, prioritize it, and find the most practical and efficient solution to the problem. You also need to assist the team to solve the problem, issues, and challenges that arise during the daily operation promptly.
  • Experience in product development/management will be ideal. Past experience in managing and developing products or innovation especially related to technology. Able to identify new opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance products and processes.
  • High sense of continuous improvement. Look for opportunities to enhance the process through root cause analysis to ensure any bottlenecks are cleared and the process is optimized for key results. You should be skilled in change management strategies, able to lead teams through transitions, and effectively communicate changes in processes or technologies to ensure successful adoption.
  • Passion to lead and inspire the team - you are ready to get your hands dirty and lead by example to influence, nurture, and coach your team to unlock their potential that can further scale our impact.
  • Structured documentation and reporting. In the end, we need to make sure the operational flow could be scalable through the right iteration. Being able to maintain the documentation of learning operations is key to helping you lead the improvement
  • Project management skills: strong project management skills are essential for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives. You should have experience in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. You should be skilled in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
