Job Description

:

The Country/Regional Manager will assume overall responsibility for the business unit, ensuring its efficient and effective operations. The primary focus of the role is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels while meeting the organization's mission objectives. The manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with Embassy/Consulate officials

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with Embassy/Consulate officials
  • Streamline operations and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the business unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team
  • Resolve customer escalations and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements with clients
  • Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators
  • Foster strong partnerships and collaboration with key stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound understanding of Service Level Agreement management and customer service principles
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements
  • Proficiency in risk management and compliance practices
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in operations, client management, and travel industry, preferably in the visa business
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
