About The Role
This role is a unique opportunity to join the client HR leadership team within multiple business units in the Multisector. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with HR talent management team and HRBP to strategize and execute Learning & Development plan that leading to business long-term sustainability efforts.
Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with senior management and HR figures to align the overall learning and development strategy with the broader business goals of the company.
• Developing new program and team from scratch
• Provides direction and development of lasting leadership development programs within the business.
• Be involved in succession planning and talent management in client company.
• Ensure that all programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets
• As the head of learning and development, this position will report to the HR director and be expected to influence the board and senior managers at all levels to adopt and support effective approaches to learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a highly matrixed HR environment.
• Understanding about the market trend and talent needs accordingly.
• Expert coaching and teaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience as specifically in the field of Training, Learning & Development or combination of generalist and specialist (Training, L&D) experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
• Strong ability to formulized, and execute and evaluating training module
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
• Strong business acumen.
