About The Country Marketing Manager (Home Furnishing) Role

Based in South Tangerang area, you will lead the core marketing team responsible for building brand equity in the market, secure the brand position, increase store visitations, and develop 360° omnichannel marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people
• Responsible of marketing budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all marketing investments
• Be in charge of the overall marketing communication in order to touch the many peoples’ hearts and minds, by securing inspiration and creativity in all marketing communication solutions, align with the company concept and brand guideline and collaborate with media
• Identify and drive total country marketing strategy and initiatives to increase the visitation goals, which covered market intelligence, external communication, loyalty member, web channel as well as local marketing and commercial PR
• Demonstrate leadership by example in ways that express the company values
• Contribute as country management team by develop, lead and implementation marketing strategies in the most effective and efficient way

To succeed in this Country Marketing Manager (Home Furnishing) role, you will need at least 15 years’ of experience managing multi-channels, passionate in home furnishing, and resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture.

Key Requirements

• Deep knowledge in marketing research and intelligence, brand management, digital media, media landscape and creative process
• Confident and enjoy communicate with all stakeholders in English
• Experience of working in a strategic communication, media and/or marketing management role
• Generate strategic plans, demonstrated high analytical thinking and meticulous when monitor budget
• Proven track in managing team, influence management team and develop people
• Interest in home furnishing and experience in retail home furnishing will be an advantage
