Job Description

Responsibilities:

Represent institute and manage Student Recruitment team participation at international student recruitment-based events

Lead student recruitment and marketing campaigns in order to build awareness and engagement. Convert international student recruitment leads into enrolments, achieving student recruitment targets

Propose, align and implement with group MarComm department on localized or digital campaigns, recruitment drive and marketing events

Establish, develop and nurture strong partnerships with student recruitment agencies, institutions and key accounts and agents to build pipelines for international student recruitment

Implement and oversee student recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.

Analyse and report the effectiveness of student recruitment and marketing strategies on a monthly, quarterly reports.

Work closely with student admissions and varioius departments across the institute to ensure a seamless connection with prospective students, alumni and partners

Ensure the effective organisation of workshops, and/or campus familiarisation tours for agents, prospective students and parents

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications to parents and students of new Initiative programs in relation to results, operational changes, deadlines, and other administrative communications.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for statutory authorities such as Edutrust/ CPE, and any other authorities related to international student recruitment and enrolment activities.

Skill and Experience to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in private education, international schools or training centers with strong knowledge and understanding of student recruitment and market.

Experience in student recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates with developed resources and recruitment channels.

Experienced in successfully managing marketing campaign strategies with significant strengths in digital marketing

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and high proficiency in English.

Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong commitment to service excellence and ethical behavior.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex processes.
