Key Responsibilities: Data analytics

• Provide guidance and support to the product team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SMS optimization strategy, including system design, cost reduction, and tracking initiatives.
• Regularly review and report on SMS usage, costs, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to SMS communication.
• Monitor and analyze SMS system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SMS communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch SMS-related features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing SMS systems, with a demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve customer experience.
• Fluent in English.
• In-depth understanding of local and international SMS regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, and experience in account/sms management is a plus.
