Job Opening from Glints client, one of the retail manufacture company
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced indoor sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and generating sales leads by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You are to achieve sales targets through development of sales leads, prospecting calls for new customers, develop existing customers, promote Company’s products.
• Requirement
o Proven sales experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Familiarity with ERP, CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Customer Acquisition and Sales Canvassing
o Identify new sales leads and opportunities through various channels.
o Cold-call by conduct telemarketing, and deploy digital marketing activities as
part of your sales efforts to continually develop new sales leads.
o You are to Identify key decision makers within targeted leads to begin salesnprocess.
• Turning Competitor Accounts into Your Own
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to opportunities
and eliminate competition.
o Develop effective strategies to overcome competition and convert
competitor accounts into your own.
• Generate New Sales from Existing Accounts
o Recommend new products and services by evaluating customer applications,
current product results, identifying present and future needs.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Targets on a Monthly and Quarterly Basis.
o Follow up and follow through on sales leads expediently. Prepare quotations, follow up and perform order-processing for assigned sales leads in compliance with the company's standards of service delivery. This includes but not limited to preparing sales proposals/quotations/tender documents, presentations and product/application demonstrations.
o Review customer back orders religiously to ensure timely closure of sales and billing.
o Analyse your account history and submit weekly sales activity report to your HOD, review your sales efforts and pipeline sales strategy.
o Work with other team members/function groups to meet customers’ expectation of a reliable service.
• Corporate Sales & Marketing Strategy
o You are required to carry out self-learning and or attend training to develop
relevant knowledge and skills.
• In-bound Duties
o Serve as day-to-day point of contact for customers. Make follow-up calls to
existing customers via telephone, proactively promote, cross-sell and up-sell
to develop business.
o Enter new customer data and update existing accounts, maintain and expand
the company’s database of prospects.
o Comply with all company policies.
o Any other responsibilities that the Management may direct or assign to you.
