Melakukan check-in & scan ticket setiap attendee (proses check in setidaknya hanya akan berlangsung selama 15-30 mnt.)

Setelah proses check-in selesai anda harus stand by didalam ruangan event dan bersedia menerima tugas tambahan ringan untuk memaksimalkan kesuksesan acara.

Min. 4-5 years experience in supply chain, business operations, process improvement, product management, and/or transformation projects

Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment, adopt and adapt transformation through change management

Manage company-wide Transformation Initiatives maintain alignment to strategic decisions and transformation mission

Establish and manage enterprise program governance and methodology

Manage and control organization’s resources and budget effectively

Business Monitoring and Intelligence, provide valuable business insight and ensuring benefit realization

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Lead and manage a team of campaign and program professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Manage and optimize marketing resources, budget allocation, and campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.

At least 5 years of work experience in integrated marketing of e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive effective strategies based on data analysis and user behavior insights.

Having minimum 5-6 years of experience inprogram/project managementor related field

Develop a standard for project management document templates ensuring proper project cycles: TOR, checklists, timeline, budget, etc.

Direct report and oversee all the Project Managers

Able to work remotely and independently

Experienced in developing and executing programs/events

Manage the whole life cycle of the projects, including planning, budgeting, administrative and compliance.

3 years of experience in climate mitigations related projects.

Head of Climate Change will be responsible for:

Project activities will be focusing in East Kalimantan, Central Java and West Papua.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, forestry, environmental science, or other related fields; Master's degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of government, civil society, local, donor and multilateral counterparts.

University graduate major in a reputable university;Ph.D/Doctoral Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Management (Digital Business/Information Technology)

At least 2-3 years of working professional experience in Digital Business (Sekprodi: Sekretaris Ketua Program Studi)

Excellent communication skills and team player

Good analytical thinking, solid conceptual, and excellent teaching skills

Willing to work in North Jakarta

At least 5-6 years of professional/industry/studio/academics experience in Interactive Design (Kaprodi).

At least 2-3 years of professional/industry/studio/academics experience in Interactive Design (Sekprodi).

Excellent communication skills and team player.

Good analytical thinking, solid conceptual, and excellent teaching skills.

Ph.D/MFA Degree in Visual Communication Design or Interactive Media from reputable University.

Contribute actively to Tridharma and JFD : Lektor.

Mature, bold, and firm, understanding of Indonesian bureaucracy
