Responsibilities:

This position offers the opportunity as the Head of Program to play a critical role in developing and executing programs, also liaising and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Team Management

• Coordinating and facilitating regular check-ins, also leading team meetings, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the project team
• Develop a standard for project management document templates ensuring proper project cycles: TOR, checklists, timeline, budget, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring hiring the right Project Manager and teams for each incoming project, and ensuring building pipelines for Project Teams as well

Project Management

• Direct report and oversee all the Project Managers
• Managing project budget, allocating resources and reporting on fund allocation
• Oversee Project Monitoring & Evaluation, providing analysis and feedback to improve the whole program

Project Development (Donors/Partners Engagement)

• Create regular events to attract donors/partners
• Meet with potential partners/donors
• Making proposals, pitching and developing strategies to engage with potential donors
• Responsible for x amount of revenue generation (target will be set together upon onboarding)

Communications Strategy and Program Activation

• Social media strategy
• Working with Marketing Team to develop and improve communications strategy related to program activations
• Handling & hosting events, including but not limited to moderating, and facilitating.
• Communicating, liaising, and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including donors, students, parents, teachers, schools, government, and partner organizations.

Requirements:

• Able to leading team and excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and in English
• Having minimum 5-6 years of experience inprogram/project managementor related field
• Committed to empowering youth in Indonesia through technology and innovation
• Able to work remotely and independently
• Have the following skills: Strong Leadership Skills, Project Management, Strategic Thinking, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, Customer Engagement, Budget Management
• Experienced in developing and executing programs/events
