5+ years of experience in program management in environment field

Maintain & develop knowledge repository of programs with a focus on sustainability, communication & monitoring and evaluation

Knowledge and background in the non-profit organisations

Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills with a strong emphasis on written and spoken communications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Identify, build, and maintain different levels and depths of multi-stakeholder engagements that serve to drive and strengthen GIF’s environmental commitments

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Lead and manage a team of campaign and program professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Manage and optimize marketing resources, budget allocation, and campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.

At least 5 years of work experience in integrated marketing of e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive effective strategies based on data analysis and user behavior insights.

Excellent command of English (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement

Having minimum 5-6 years of experience inprogram/project managementor related field

Develop a standard for project management document templates ensuring proper project cycles: TOR, checklists, timeline, budget, etc.

Direct report and oversee all the Project Managers

Able to work remotely and independently

Experienced in developing and executing programs/events

Qualifications, experience, skills, and languages:

Waste management: wastewater management and surveillance, medical waste management, municipal waste, green health innovations, microplastics, e-waste

Chemical safety: clinical management for chemical exposure, environmental health risk assessment for chemical exposure, chemical risk mitigation, poison center management

Knowledge of global environmental health issues, approaches, theories, principles, tools, and methods in specific environmental health areas are preferable

Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a consultant, and bridge the communication among relevant multi-stakeholders.

Expert knowledge of Local language (Indonesian).

Manage the whole life cycle of the projects, including planning, budgeting, administrative and compliance.

3 years of experience in climate mitigations related projects.

Head of Climate Change will be responsible for:

Project activities will be focusing in East Kalimantan, Central Java and West Papua.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, forestry, environmental science, or other related fields; Master's degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of government, civil society, local, donor and multilateral counterparts.
