Head Of Content Jobs

As the Head of Content, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the content team and ensure the production of content that generates social media traffic, improves engagement, and grow the community.
You will be in charge of creating new content strategies, managing the workflow of our content team, and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the content production team in the process of mapping overall content strategy to answer the set goals & KPI.
* Drive the content production process for multiple channels across several social media platforms.
* Going through analysis reports to find ways for improvement.
* Manage the day-to-day operations and budget for the content team resources.
* Maintain timelines and due dates so that content deliverables are completed when they need to be.
* Define, develop, implement, and maintain a content publishing workflow.
* Build and cultivate the team that fulfills these objectives.
* Work directly with the Chief Brand Officer and together with different divisions to develop a deep understanding of style, values, point of view, and voice of the content created.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years proven working experience in content production or media industry with a minimum of 2 years in leadership position.
* Well versed in, passionate and knowledgeable about content trends & topics as well as the overall landscape of the media & entertainment industry in Indonesia.
* Deep understanding and insights about social media platforms as well as its marketing and research tools.
* Well versed in the technical process of audio visual content production, from ideation to shooting to editing.
* Excellent planning skills, great attention to detail, flexible and adaptable attitude to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup-type environment.
* Leadership, listening skills, and collaborative attitude with teams. Adept in people management and negotiation for win-win outcomes.
* A degree in film, media or any related fields would be a plus.
