What You Will do:
- Conduct training and workshops to promote ITSM awareness and build internal capabilities within client organizations.
- Develop and implement IT Operating Models that streamline IT processes, enhance efficiency, and align with business goals.
- Assess current IT Service Delivery practices and identify areas for improvement in alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice on IT governance, risk management, and compliance to ensure a robust IT framework.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM tools and solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and IT needs, translating them into actionable IT Service Management strategies.
- Guide clients through the adoption of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. ITIL Foundation or other relevant certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Service Management Consultant or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective IT Operating Models.
