Job Responsibilities:

  • Our business is mostly focused on becoming a digital partner for the clients' change initiatives that includes blueprints in customer life cycle management / large scaled system deployment, IT target operating model design and management in the IT development.
  • Digital consultant in customer services is a team of professionals who will assist the customer service design for automotive client leveraging the latest technologies / use cases in NTT DATA’s global expertise / advisory cutting across sectors and automotive center of excellence.
  • Responsible for top design of digital service project, defining & document business requirement, or join IT development project as BA.


Special Requirements:

[Must have]

  • Experienced business / IT advisory / BA / business consultant,
  • Communication skill (bilingual in EN)- Able to deliver high quality / high feasibility service design document or requirement design document,
  • Experienced as a lead to define business / system requirement / blueprint / operations,
  • Experienced in adapting very quickly in complex project environment, and proactive to leverage existing resources to solve issue in a professional manner,
  • Experienced in system implementation from planning to deployment, including IT operations, ERP or PMO,
  • Experienced in some of operational improvement, organization design, cost reduction initiatives, Cloud implementation, digital business initiatives,
  • Experienced in working in culturally diverse environment with multiple level of stakeholders,
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively, and excellent analytical skills.

  • Experienced as lead or manager of IT services or operation management,
  • Experienced to utilize tools to create wireframe, prototype or UI mockup.
