It Technical Specialist - Parking Management & Technology

We are looking for a talented IT Technical Specialist - Parking Management & Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and staff for parking equipment and software systems
• Install, configure, and maintain parking equipment and technology systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Conduct training sessions for customers and staff on parking technology and equipment

Qualifications:

1. Experienced in assembling hardware and networks related to parking systems (assembling hardware (Barriers, CCTV, Dispensers, etc.), ducting installation, and peripheral wiring).
2. Has good presentation skills and is able to explain technical matters in language that non-technical people can easily understand.
3. Has the ability to design technical requirements for new parking systems for customers.
4. Has the ability to create technical documentation.
