Job Description

Sinergi Daya Mitra is hiring for "IT Technical Support VTL" in banking industry.Here are the responsibillity and qualification detail:


Responsibilities

  • Implementator and monitoring of all backup devices (HW), Domain Data, Server and Adic Scalar in good condition (health)
  • Perform a manual backup process in case of backup failure.
  • Help with problems that occur for VTL Environment.
  • Handles the entire backup process and restore requests and ensures the backup process runs properly
  • Help project for new servers related to Data Backup, System, and Logs.
  • Perform a new Networker agent rollout for existing servers.


Qualifications

  • Understanding Windows Operating System and Windows Server
  • Excellent English skills in listening, writing, and speaking
  • Minimum S1 Information Technology/Computer Technology
  • Knowledge of Database Administrator (Oracle, Postgre, SQL) and Linux OS
  • Has 2 years experience as IT Technical Support VTL
  • Willing to shifting work
