Overview The Performance Management Lead is responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies and initiatives to ensure the organization’s success. This role is responsible for driving performance improvement, developing and managing performance metrics, and providing guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team. Detailed Job Description The Performance Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies and initiatives to ensure the organization’s success. This role will be responsible for driving performance improvement, developing and managing performance metrics, and providing guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team. The Performance Management Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining performance management systems, processes, and tools; analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; and providing feedback and coaching to employees to help them reach their goals. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance management
• Experience in developing and managing performance metrics

• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in change management

• Knowledge of performance management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of organizational development and design
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies

Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in performance management
