Job Description

:

  • Collect, verify, and calculate data of monthly performance appraisal
  • Able to calculate data number professionally
  • Support Supervisor with approved scale of priority
  • Conduct assessment and create employee development plan for poor work performance
  • Record and conduct data analysis for employee promotion
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Socialize performance reviews, guidance, and timelines
  • Familiar with calculate KPI and Sales Performance


Job Qualification :

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Intermediate skills of Mic. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
