Group Management Performance Reporting & Corporate Budget monthly basis, have to prepare consolidated management report for entities under GAR Group

Have to review management report from US & DS by monthly basis

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent

Preferably has experience in Public Accounting Firm

Berpengalaman minimal 3 (tiga) tahun di bidang Performance Management atau Organization Development

Berpengalaman memimpin program peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara berkelanjutan

Memonitoring produktivitas karyawan secara harian (day to day)

Berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi aktif dengan seluruh karyawan secara lisan maupun tulisan

Berkomitmen dan motivasi tinggi untuk tumbuh bersama perusahaan hingga visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi tercapai

Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, Accounting, or equivalent

Having 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred

Intermediate skills of Mic. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

Collect, verify, and calculate data of monthly performance appraisal

Record and conduct data analysis for employee promotion

Conduct assessment and create employee development plan for poor work performance

Assist warehouse operation management to plan, strategize and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team.

Experience 4 years working with one or more language for querying (SQL).

Experienced working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.

Good working knowledge of warehouse operation and e-commerce market.

Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill.

Minimum 5 years on Data Analyst / IT Engineer / IT Service Management

Giving inputs / suggestions to each agent/unit in increasing service capabilities in service customers.

Have a solid background and technical skills in their area of specialization, and understand business metric performance, budgeting, and target setting.

Have an experiences developing and maintaining the data performance and data framework

Monitor high level service level and identify areas for service improvement

Utilize database and/or technologies to design, develop, enhance and evaluate innovative report/business through intelligence tools and automated reports
