It Performance Management Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Monitor high level service level and identify areas for service improvement
• Perform analysis of benefit of the system perceived by business users in accordance with committed success criteria / business case at the initiation phase.
• Setting system performance objectives foreach systems in place and perform audit as when necessary
• Perform data conversions, imports, and exports of data within and between internal and external systems
• Regularly collect, analyze, and share data to help agents, internal/business teams and management to drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results
• Providing recommendations for service improvements
• Assist to ensure each of the service understands and does all of standard and rules from the company about ethics or procedures in every customer's handling.
• Perform data analysis pertaining to system usage in periodic basis, and provide suggestion for improvement
• Giving inputs / suggestions to each agent/unit in increasing service capabilities in service customers.
• Utilize database and/or technologies to design, develop, enhance and evaluate innovative report/business through intelligence tools and automated reports
• Train users to transform data into action-oriented information and to use that information correctly

Job Requirement:

Requirements:

• Have an experiences developing and maintaining the data performance and data framework
• Minimum 5 years on Data Analyst / IT Engineer / IT Service Management
• Willing to work at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat
• Minimum bachelor in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
• Require the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide recommendations to support the development of long and short-term IT management performance strategies.
• Have a solid background and technical skills in their area of specialization, and understand business metric performance, budgeting, and target setting.
