Performance Management (Warehouse) Jobs

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Identify improvement opportunities which impact quality, productivity, cost and service.
• Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team.
• Assist warehouse operation management to plan, strategize and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to all stakeholders.
• Produce actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies.
• Develop reports dashboard and analysis.

Requirements

• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience 4 years working with one or more language for querying (SQL).
• Care about learning new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or any related field.
• Experienced working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill.
• Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions.
• Familiar with advanced analytics languages like Python or R.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse operation and e-commerce market.
